Vocals:  Fi Channon

Fi began her solo singing career in her late teens, performing in piano bars in Marbella. After recording her first demo in Paris with acclaimed musicians Michel Amsellem and Tareena Craze, she returned to England and collaborated with songwriters across the South. In 1995, she was a session singer and then went on to support artists such as The Korgis and Charlie Dore, opening Guilfest in its final year with a folk/pop trio.

As a songwriter, Fi has worked with industry names including Chris Neil, Bill Padley, and Martin Sutton. Despite recovering from a serious motorcycle accident in 2020, she supported John Coghlan’s Quo and later Quo Connection during their UK tours. In 2021, she was involved with southern rock band The Blue Lena before launching her solo act, performing well-loved covers. She also performs her own original music in her own band which is currently recording an album.

Guitar & Vocals: Dave Bound

Dave first picked up a guitar at the age of 6, but it was one of those cheapo acoustic things with an action so high he needed his dad to help press the strings down.

In the teenage years that followed he was heavily influenced by Thin Lizzy's Brian Robertson and Gary Moore which prompted him to build his own pedals.  An interest in audio electronics culminated in a degree in Digital Audio Electronics and he retains a strong passion for audio engineering, mixing and production.

Stints in many rock covers bands in and around Wales ended with a relocation to Bristol in the 90s.  This saw him co-form original rock band, Millennium, which released the 'Running Out of Time' CD in 1998.

Since then, he has contributed guitar and vocals to several bands as well as doing theatre session work playing for The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama’s production of "Rent" and scoring and performing solo acoustic guitar on Twelfth Night.  He also wrote, performed and produced the jingles for the radio station GlossFM.

His musical tastes and influences have broadened over the years but he remains mad for anything guitar related. He is not only the technical brains behind Stevie Mac but also a highly accomplished musician.

Bass & Vocals:  Chris Wardle

Chris is one of those rare bass guitar players who didn’t move to 4 strings because 6 strings were too fiddly.  He started with a precision copy and 10-watt amp in 1982 and hasn’t stopped playing since.  He has subsequently gigged in various rock and pop covers bands around the country over the years and has a wealth of experience.  His influences are varied and he learnt bass by playing along to Pete Trewavas of Marillion, Steve Harris of Iron Maiden, Geddy Lee of Rush and Andy Rourke of the Smiths.

Although always happy to play bass, Chris prefers to sing as well.  He developed an admiration for both John McVie’s bass playing and Lindsey Buckingham’s vocals and strives to recreate the original tracks as best he can.  His enthusiasm to play is infectious and he usually can't wait to get on stage when he's not piloting a plane!

Chris uses Status bass guitars, Stagg upright bass and Laney amplification.

Keys:  Andrew Iddiols

Classically trained from the age of 7,  Andy’s introduction to the world of rock came in the mid 1970s when he joined a Rock & Roll band playing in the UK and Holland.  Since those early beginnings, Andy has used his skill on the ivories in many different fields of music from folk, rock, reggae, blues, country etc. to playing for panto and variety shows.

In 1994 he joined the Country Rock Band Kane & Co and played on their Nashville recorded album Raising Kane which won awards for the band at the UK Country Radio Awards in 1998.  Over the next few years he toured with Kane & Co playing at country festivals in the UK, France, Poland, Holland Denmark and Spain.  In 2000 Kane & Co evolved into Cactus Jack and continued played gigs in the UK and Germany.

Andy’s musical influences include: Leon Russell, Elton John, Bruce Hornsby and Dr John.  All this variety has produced a competent, skilful and versatile musician.

Drums:  Ian Overfield

Ian's drumming career began on a biscuit tin when he was 8 years old and he realised he could stick drawing pins in it to make a passable if not entirely convincing substitute for a snare.

He made steady progress through his teens until, at the ripe old age of 17, met his mentor Keith Testill - one of the founding members of Soul Survivors back in the late 80's. His encouragement was instrumental in making Ian the drummer he is today.

Ian's passion and enthusiasm continued to progress until around 2008 when he joined his first serious gigging band. After that he worked with many other musicians doing live and session work.

He toured for 6 years with Soul Stripper, one of the UK's top AC/DC tribute outfits. Soul Stripper enjoyed success in large venues all over the UK.
